idk i just want a lightweight blog, where i can easily edit files from a web interface sure, git + a static generator works for that, but i don't really want to rely on github/gitlab/etc., and setting up a git instance purely for this feels like it would be overkill CMS is possibly also overkill? there might be one that fits more, but i'd still want one that generates static sites, i don't need anything dynamic
idk how i feel about writefreely, really it's nice, and simple, but maybe a bit too simple in a few areas? i guess this is what happens when i try to use software, which was intended for instances with many users, as a single person
