zawiszów road network is very tricky for routing buses so i kinda see why they just Not Do It through the core, but still it's quite a low hanging fruit imo
it might not look like that from the map, but since line 3 and 6, core bus lines alternating every 15 minutes pretty much go from main train station to Zawiszów first, and then Osiedle Młodych, that would mean not having to waste a lot of time getting through the city centre, and the Zawiszów deviation
i do think MPK and KD could benefit from rerouting at least the line 3 through the core of Zawiszów, because that would mean Osiedle Młodych would get access to (at least some) trains, since Świdnica Zawiszów is way closer to that district than Świdnica Miasto, even though Świdnica Miasto has a way better public transport integration
