both showing the same symptoms, as in, powerbank gets recognised as headphones, doesn't charge, and in some cases, fucks up recipient's device usb stack until reboot

Elitedesk DM G3 has two headphone outputs
the right one is labelled with a headset, and is the mysterious Headphone for both audio output and volume control
the left one however is Headphone for audio output (xD?) and Headphone 1 for volume control
