yeah basically the situation in my area is fucked
that jezioro bystrzyckie i was posting about earlier right
they did not start moving the water out until Thursday 12:00, when they should've been doing that earlier, and even that was not fast enough
it's almost like as if these fuckers are working together for the highest wave possible
