yeah basically the situation in my area is fucked that jezioro bystrzyckie i was posting about earlier right they did not start moving the water out until Thursday 12:00, when they should've been doing that earlier, and even that was not fast enough it's almost like as if these fuckers are working together for the highest wave possible
although this time I feel like infrastructure is less of the worries, but more of the worries are the people responsible for river management in the area
in upper silesia however, there was a weirder thing happening around trains yesterday, apparently road got blocked but the train line was still there so they started a train instead of rail replacement
reporter has just admitted that after 27 years and billions spent on infrastructure, we are in the same place as back then "Jesteśmy w innej sytuacji niż w 1997 roku" btw
