are there USB-C DP alt mode hubs in similar form factor to Thinkpad USB-C/Thunderbolt "docks" (40AS as reference)? requirements are: detachable data/power cable, and standard/official DP alt mode of course, for ports, DisplayPort preferred but HDMI also acceptable

@me @novenary from what i understand, first alpha (pre-alpha?) builds should be in april, which will obviously not be close to feature-parity with current js codebase, though i've seen that zotan found another backend dev so it might get more steam even if it already has a lot

@me i am not exactly a maintainer, however your stuff didn't get merged because all of the efforts go into a rewrite in a different repo, however i'll ask zotan about merging these
