It kind of sucks that Linus from LTT is... Well, a CEO. He doesn't publicly post salaries (or allow his workers to discuss them), is staunchly anti-union (for his workers), and the fact his corporation (ie Linus Media Group) is structured... Seemingly more like a fiefdom than an organisation.
The real problem is that Linus likes to have a personable and friendly persona on the camera when he is also, well, a CEO and is doing Small Business CEO things when he has 80+ employees.
Is the first one even legal for a corporation to do in Canada? Even the US protects your right to discuss salary and enforces it lmao
