Now it's just a matter of figuring out whether it's a thing in Mastodon, glitch-soc, or Catstodon.

meta I was looking through the entirety of the code and couldn't find any difference between multiple and not, and the code was accompanying issue(?) to allow the poll creator to see the votes immediately so that's alright.

So here I am, with intimate knowledge of a poll's lifecycle, and it turns out I can't reproduce it any more, which is particularly odd, because all checks for whether I voted or not should return true, it's kinda hardcoded in all places that the account posting a poll is exempt, which is even more funny because there is a specific field for my own votes which I should be able to manipulate (but can't) apparently.

This warrants further study.… just because I'm bored.
