@privateger@jeder@elsie@p.girlc.at you need two panels for this, one pinned at the top (containing the default stuff minus the icon-only task manager plus global menu on its place (and plus a spacer because the global menu doesn’t expand to the maximum available width)) and a newly created one at the bottom (containing just the icon-only task manager).
the bottom panel just needs to be set to center at the middle, and its minimum width needs to be the smallest (otherwise it doesn’t quite center as it should).
