A pregnant woman in the US state of Ohio was shot and killed by her two-year-old son last Friday.
With such a 9mm pistol, the two-year-old accidentally shot his pregnant mother.

The mother was doing laundry in the bedroom when her son entered the room unnoticed and started playing with the loaded pistol lying on the nightstand. In the process, he accidentally shot his heavily pregnant mother in the back.
