there was an attempt
maxxed out ryzen 5 pro 3500u running at 3.2GHz and 88°C
maxxed out ryzen 5 pro 3500u running at 1.7GHz and 87°C, it got throttled

i changed the power limit to 35w and tctl to 90°C, and while it worked as it should for first few seconds, it literally just throttled and didn't want to lower the temperature lmao
