Oh btw if you are running a pleroma instance, please don't lock user profiles behind a login wall. This makes it harder for me or anyone else who has follow requests turned on to quickly check profiles on your instance if we get a follow request from there, especially if no posts have federated over yet.

@mikoto it's a good privacy feature though

Idk my profile contains my entire history
It's kind of very vulnerable that juat anyone can few anything i've ever posted

@orsinov this will unfortunately mean you'd be less likely to have your follow requests accepted

At least for me I do a quick glance at someone's profile as a sort of "vibe check" to see if I would be comfortable with them seeing and interacting with my posts. If I am unable to do that I don't think I'd be confident that this person would be someone I'd like seeing show up in my notifications.
