after X minutes, charge extra per minute, bam everyone returns it

@duc And they wouldn't need to pay people extra to charge them at home, they could have chargers integrated in the docking stations!!

@duc As in the scooters? I know Lime just pays people using their app to charge scooters, not sure about the other apps
