i do have memory utilization at like over 15%, but cpu utilization is not that great, so i don't know if if i am okay?

htop from my instance. uptime: 178 days. 750 MB out of 12 GB RAM used. 20 tasks running, no visible load on CPU. tasks are basically just htop that I am running, ttys existing, sshd and docker

@jeder hm actually, just realized. the panel has like no metrics aside from "it is up". as I understand they come from an agent that they put on the instances (docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Compute/Tasks/manage-plugins.htm). but I went through sdomi.pl/weblog/12-bootstrapping-alpine-on-oraclecloud/, so I simply don't have it.
