So, back in 2015 there was a proposed law that would make the legal transition process somewhat reasonable. It got passed in Sejm. But it was vetoed by the new president from PiS, Andrzej Duda.In the [...] vote, the recommendation for the Sejm to override the presidential veto passed. However, the vote in the Sejm will not take place, as it was not possible to elect a rapporteur.If you're wondering how much of a joke the liberal opposition in poland is, that's what they've done. That's what they've done with a law that would have made a huge positive impact on my life.
They couldn't fucking choose a rapporteur to overturn the veto.
