you can delete the entire password in your shell by pressing CTRL+U

What do I look like? Someone who trains muscle memory for something that doesn't even work 90% of the times I want to delete some text?

Does it even work in the gdm login screen? I know it doesn't in work in macos and windows login screens so I never even bothered trying.

And it obviously doesn't work in my fedi client, or in any video game ever. I'm actually struggling to remember a place outside the terminal it works.

@rune@gts.fedi.tax i think the muscle memory here is supposed to go with the rest of terminal stuff (cause Ctrl + U works in your terminal, probably)
i guess typing password is a muscle memory of its own tbf
