the bad space, ableism, transphobia, response
Since Ro blocked me, I'll respond in this post (typed it all out just for the "You've been blocked by this user" error popup lol)Replying to: ubiqueros.com/notes/9jki7t9zna
"Are you fucking kidding me? Seriously?
Okay, you want examples of harm you did? Ask AnyarchoNinya for example! And now a few instances I'd be cut off from if I for some reason decided to subscribeto your blocklist (which might very well have happened if i would've just started setting up this instance now): mk.absturztau.be, donotsta.re and even tech.lgbt (at the moment, I know that you're working on solving that. Still, if I used the bad space and believed your no-receipts policy, I might've blocked them.)
Now, the part I'm actually pissed about: My mother being transphobic isn't fucking mommy issues as you're framing them. My mother is very much being transphobic against me, and that's not mommy issues, that's fucking transphobia. And you pretending like that doesn't exist and making this personyal is also transphobic and manipulative. I didn't project that onto you, I was making an example of discriminyation I'm facing.
And if you didn't get the memo, autism and adhd aren't "mental health challenges", they're neurotypes. They're as much "mental health conditions" as being trans is. And society is very much discriminyating on a systemic level against neurodiverse people.
You've convinced me of one thing with that response, and that is that you're not to be trusted with moderation of the entire fucking fediverse. You're at best ignorant and at worst transphobic and ableist, and I to be perfectly honest don't know what's more dangerous to a community where you're trying to find a solution to moderation.
Put me on your instance shitlist, but then at least please be honest and give this thread as receipts. I really hope you're able to reflect and some day realize that black people aren't the only group facing discriminyation and that they're also very much capable of being bigoted.
Bye."
Edit: the quote. thought about things.
