@vv oh we're confessing that now? cause duc neither, duc hates social deduction games (they also don't often talk about themselves in the third person apart from alt text, so this is weird)
@vv i wonder how common this is in nd circles. i've seen so many people play amogus, and seen many people like similar games irl (ones where you sit in a circle, bang!, etc.), but mostly before i knew i was nd, so...
@duc I don't think it's universal, since I have many nd friends who enjoy playing, but I do think it's one of those things that probably can trigger trauma or at least pull at stressy aspects of social interaction.
mh/nd discussion@vv yeah i don't think it's trauma for me, but social interactions like that are very stressful in general (and always have been, even when we played such games in school as a 10yo)
@vv@duc oof yeah same, I used to play it a lot with friends when it got popular but I noticed I was just constantly hoping I'd be s regular crew member cause I'm apparently bad at lying about not being the impostor in a way that they could instantly detect without me even realizing what and how they did it
So now if it comes up again I just say I don't wanna play that and we go for something else lol
