thoughts and stuff
idk if there's like Proper Science theories on this, but the Versary Theory of Skill Learning is that you need three things:1) study
2) practice
3) play
that is, you need to spend time dedicated to learning the theory of the skill, you need to spend time practicing the theory, and you also need to spend time just doing the skill for fun
and im realizing now that im good at 1 and 3 but i kinda struggle with 2 a bunch. study is fun cause i learn new things, play is fun cause well. im just having fun. but practice does not have any of these things that make it enjoyable, its just rote repetition until the skill settles in the brain.
so yeah idk. does anyone know the magic sauce to make practicing more fun?
