is there any app for android that transcribes audio that comes directly from the device itself? if there's such, would be nice if it didn't need root but I am guessing that's probably not possible (system screen recorders can record system audio though...?)

@jeder both Google and Samsung device have a "live transcribe" which has an overlay displaying what's being said, though it's not very extensible for purposes other than having closed captions in realtime for everything on your phone
