@jeder take tape measure and stand against the wall, roll it out so its a little taller than you, feel where the top of your head is and pin the tape measure against the wall at the point where it intersects the top of your head. then keep your finger there while you move away from the wall to read where you put your finger

Or a pencil, if you've got somewhere you can draw on the wall

@jeder stand near the wall, use a pen to mark your height on the wall and use measuring tape.

@jeder stand right next to the door frame, make sure you’re mostly gay, hand above your head, touch the doorframe, stand back while still touching it, mark it with a pencil? and then you can measure it from the floor level
