geoguessr, twitch, self-promo
i will be participating in the geoguessr community bingo event of guessandgive.com/schedule tomorrow (at 12 UTC / 13 CET / 7 US ET; tho streaming may begin earlier with warmup). the main stream will be at aussiegolfer's channel, as the schedule says, but he's okay with pov streams, which i will be doing. :3my personal join time also depends on when i wake up lol - but my stream will be at www.twitch.tv/quackagenda/ !
GeoGuessr Bingo: an event, where there is a 5x5 bingo board with 25 countries (with official street view coverage). there are teams of 3-4 usually (depends on number of players overall), and to fill in a cell in the sheet with your team's color, you must get a 5k in that country (5k = guess less than ~185 meters away) on the A Community World map (so there's also location RNG). if you don't want to 5k a location, you can skip it in 2 ways:
- still guess within 100km in the correct country
- guess outside of 100km radius or in the wrong country and lose 1 life out of 10 (counted overall for team)
note: the board isn't true random, it's balanced to certainly have a few bigger countries. a single game usually doesn't last more than 1h, but generally quite a bit less even if memory serves correct!
