Also the driving physics are so shit that it's probably the only game I can drive better with a keyboard in cause of how much practice I've had as a tween
@hazelnot i'm used to tapping, because i grew up with a keyboard lol played almost everything with it (except for sim racing games, once i got my DFGT :3)
@duc Same, I only got a PC-compatible controller in like 2010 or so, but since then I got to the point where I feel more comfortable using one for games that aren't primarily mouse-based or involve too much shooting 😅
I've had a couple if wheels but they were really crap, like they don't rotate more than 180 degrees in total (and I think the first one might've actually been even worse than that) so I never used them for more than like, maybe an hour or so 💀
@hazelnot yea i'm not sure if the cheapest wheels available are worth buying lol i mostly play games that don't require controller for me (trackmania is nice with kb, geoguessr is almost impossible with controller - i say almost cause someone competent could make it work with macros or shit haha -, beamng and sim racers are better with a wheel, and i don't really play much else; if i played a platformer or something that's like super monkey ball, it'd be nice, tho it's kind of a catch 22 in that i also wouldn't buy those games since i don't have a controller lol)
