@jeder It looks like the default rail profile is extremely basic, it just evaluates if it's a railway and that's all

@jeder It looks like most rail tags are just not seen at all by brouter. 1.5 year old pull request added some but it's still not merged github.com/abrensch/brouter/pull/458
