complaining about GDPR on fedi is the stupidest thing i've ever seen

"um you cannot use my data posted on the freddyverse without my consent", yeah tell that to the 5000 other servers running outside of the EU that also store your information

joining the fediverse is a blanket statement of "yes i am fine with other servers storing my data for federation purposes, even if me removing my account might not remove the data from them"

@prefetcher it is not "fine" when that server is used for extracting data and putting it on a shit site without moderation where you will be most likely put to ridicule
