if you look under https://${literally-any-iceshrimp-or-fish-or-similar-instance}/api-doc you'll find okayish documentation for the charts api which should help you to parse out the data you need

@mae at least all of this won't be needed after rewrite (because api changes, and there will be a proper prometheus support anyway)
