i think the gpu I'll upgrade to sometime in early summer will be the 7800 XT

i MIGHT consider upgrading my CPU from ryzen 5600x to a 5800x/x3d but it might be overkill for my 1440p setup still

there was a problem with linux 6.7 but i think they fixed it already (i had to downgrade to 6.6 because of it) gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/3062

i had similar problems with vega 8 on 6.5 and i think 6.2 or 6.3, like what the fuck

@pierogiburo @endali yeah like, ever since that shit got into 6.5, i just bailed and stopped using current stable kernel, currently on 6.6-lts and even then i was hesitant to upgrade given the horrors of 6.5
