looked to see if theres alternatives but.. not really. people mentioned dragonfly which is also BSLcrap

@icedquinn The license crap just got released a few hours ago.

We will now enter the fork rush period of the process, where people are now rushing to create the first Redis fork. This process will take a few weeks and usually only one of the forks will survive and that will be the one that will be added to most distro repositories.

I can almost make a nature documentary of this type of stuff, I've seen it too many times.
