@jeder to my understanding, the mastodon idea was that the unlisted posts can't get dereferenced over AP if you didn't get them to your inbox. like it won't work to just put that URL into search on another instance. GTS also puts that limit on the web so you can't, y'know, simply open the URL in a web browser instead to see it? but it still allows the post to spread by being boosted by others

@jeder if your instance got it on an inbox, yes, unless your instance is a recent enough mastodon xD. might be also even more software-specific shit
