@jeder it goes to Konstanz in theory, but there is currently bus replacement between Triberg an Villingen

@lis like, this is one thing I prefer about polish system, they just never change the platform info in misleading ways like this

@jeder I guess because they want consistency with their timetable information online - when you ask the DB Navigator for a route from Karlsruhe to Konstanz, it will tell you to take a train to Triberg, change to a bus to Villingen, and take another train to Konstanz. In a lot of circumstances, there are multiple different replacement busses with different stopping patterns, or the replacement is so slow that it’s better to travel via a different route (in which case displaying the final destination as if nothing happened would be misleading)

@jeder yeah I remember a very uncomfortable ride on a half-rotten “Conseil Régional Pyrenées-Midi” bus going back and forth to serve all intermediate stops between Kwidzyn and Grudziądz. If I had known about that in advance I would have tried to travel via Jabłonowo Pomorskie instead…

@lis mmmm that's a classic
in KD you usually just get a city bus because many public transport operators are in the scheme

@jeder I know, and Polregio hiding that information somewhere in the additional information to the trip has caused me immense annoyance in the past^^
