genuine question: with so many train lovers in germany, why arent many of them getting into train jobs, trying to improve the quality of the network?

like, is the job acceptance bar really that annoying for DB&co?

it's the same with our carriers here in poland, it just doesn't pay that well

@endali @ShadowJonathan yeah like PKP PLK doesn't pay shit, Polregio doesn't pay shit (and their unions are fucking horrible and would rather not do shit for the whole day)
