@jeder idk, I got to choose from like ~40 parties in Germany. How many do you got? You can't tell me there isn't a single one that has at least one point you agree with. Or at least doesn't actively plan to harm you.

@hermlon @jeder yeah... not a big fan of boycotting elections, lower turnout tends to be more favorable to fascists.
we managed to save ourselves from pis, and while ko still sucks at least stuff is not getting worse as quickly (possibly even slowly getting better when it comes to queer rights)

@mayu @hermlon so far I really doubt that it will get any better, I really couldn't care less, my best choice is voting for a "leftist" party that is so fucking bad they even rule out giving any ultimatums, and are first in line to introduce anti-worker/poor people laws or support them

@jeder @mayu "protest voting" as in not voting / invalidating the ballot doesn't do shit. It's not like anyone will suddenly come and look after you and ask why you didn't vote. Why do you even complain about low turn outs when you can't even get yourself to vote for them? Sorry if this sounds snarky, I'm just terrified by how people just make up reasons not to vote for a sensible party, when the majority of the alternatives have literally "right-wring" written next to them.

@jeder @hermlon @mayu Fascists tend to score high in EU elections in Central Europe precisely because most people don't bother with EU elections. Which, for the most part, leaves the most politically motivated voters - so, fascists.
