@wilmhit original BR 403 and 406 ICE 3s included a sort-of compartment on both ends of the train that featured a big see-through wall where you could see the train driver cabin, and the front or rear view (or another ice)
one of them was for first class, other was for second class
BR 408 ICE 3neos and BR 407s iirc no longer have it
