might be a neat feature to more prominently show what people consent to. with how things are now, people have to put "boosts ok", "affection ok", "quote posts ok", etc on their profiles, but it's really not very visible

pronouns also generally aren't displayed very prominently, while it would be useful to do this. could maybe do this on the reply ui, so it's not constantly in your face

expanding on this a little, things like "boosts ok" and "quote posts ok" could be done on a per-post basis, and if it's disabled, grey out the buttons

@lumi gotosocial has been working on this AFAIK but I wouldn't expect much adoption outside of that until it gets the blessing of john mastodon....
