@jeder no idea, but it does crap out if you are insane enough to dare use a GPU that's bit too old to comply with the latest kernel I mean, thankfully nouveau comes to rescue in that cases, and it doesn't stink of Jensen's piss to boot
@jeder in all seriousness, I was fortunate (???) enough to cruise on Intel integrated GPUs on linux long enough to both skip the times of fglrx pain and suffering and to not torture myself with combining old GPUs and newer kernels on binary novideum drivers
@TadeusTaD i really don't know lmfao like, two versions between 6.1 and 6.6 were absolutely fucked for me, which is two too much enough to make me stop using linux entirely on this machine lol
@TadeusTaD oh and then there's the deal with amdvlk, which doesn't support vega 8 anymore as well, which is bad for me because radv absolutely sucks on this for some reason
