The younger generatios, growing up with this will have our skills by the age of 16
People at the age of 16, who are used to Win10, Andoid and iOS and never had the need to solve a driver problem

@sleepybisexual @Erpel and the letters D-Z are assigned to partitions, removable media, CD drives, etc.
C: is always assigned to the partition Windows is installed on, the "home directories" like Downloads can be moved to any other location like it is possible on Linux

@jeder @sleepybisexual @MagicLike Letters are used for mounting network drives. Just any kind of drive gets a letter.

Normally you have to explain that the special part about Linux is the "Everything is a file" philosophy... its the other way around in this thread
