very peculiar interior design, you have full on bike parking inside, and ofc since this is peak hours, we were reaching Tokyo levels of full, partly because of them
like, this is a 4 carriage long tram and it was still full to the brim crazy
Kraków Główny itself also has a shitton of interesting signage that I have never seen anywhere else, I wonder if Warszawa Zachodnia will get something like this
this kibel I just went past was showing IR category for an RP category train interregio wiecznie żywe
lol @ all these people getting into one tram when there are two more in next 2 minutes yeah I get why this place needs metro
this tram i am in is apparently 30 minutes late? uhh sure i guess
i am in Nowa Huta now i need to come here next year
hm, first time i see a pedestrian crossing with lights in the middle in poland
I do very much feel like this place got renovated fairly recently unlike first districts of Tychy
yeah there's no way this building is this white since 50s/60s but holy shit pavements are in state of agony
they have this huge digital clock at the main square for some reason
bought first and last reservation of this multiprzejazd IC 3600 is absolutely packed lmfao
granted many of them just go to Katowice but it's still quite packed
yoooo what some stadler tango test tram just went by (HY799) apparently stadler tests new tech on that
does look sick with these mirror panes
okay I am back in the long pesa tram this is the only tram that I know of that comes with, get this, 230V sockets(!!)
look who thought of this
👍 1
oh and the bike parking this tram is weird
@jeder this looks incredibly well suited for putting multiple bikes next to each other without preventing people from walking next to them yet without LIFO access to bikes
@jeder Last In First Out - if you'd stack trams parallel to the wall you'd need to remove the last bike first, and so on
@jeder meanwhile if you put them perpendicular to the wall other passengers will have a hard time walking next to the bike area this way you get the best of both
@quinn yeah though in my short experience this afternoon peak, these get very packed so you end up standing in these places anyway
rancid, trainposting
JAN PAWEŁ DRUUUGI JEBAŁ MAŁE DZIEEEEECIIIII
yet another thing that I see on polish station for the first time publicly accessible sinks(??) with drinkable water
why is Rondo Mogilskie not capitalised
to any foamers out there: DO NOT LOCK THE FUCKING COMPARTMENT
anyway EP09-030 with IC 3600 "Wyspiański" Przemyśl Główny - Wrocław Główny traewelling.de/status/3834118 PS. lol they can't be arsed to announce stuff (they are using semiautomated announcements)
update about The Guys that locked the door: they figured out they are in wrong compartment great fucking job guys make sure you check your tickets before locking the doors next time, cunts
the announcement gong is playing multiple times in a row right now it's like in the 30s right now
technically it's illegal to drink beer in polish trains but they aren't stopping you from doing that
mmm unplanned stop in Oława (this train is supposed to go nonstop between Opole and Wrocław)
@jeder is it illegal as in jail time or illegal as in they throw you out and/or forbid you from riding again?
@4censord iirc it's like a 100pln ticket or some shit
@jeder wgat is that icon on the seat??
