@jeder it went up to EDPB which released an opinion (www.edpb.europa.eu/our-work-tools/our-documents/opinion-board-art-64/opinion-082024-valid-consent-context-consent-or_en). It's very long and open to interpretations and doesn't explicitly forbid it. The biggest thing in there is this:
In order to avoid detriment within the meaning of Recital 42 GDPR and ensure that data subjects have the possibility to make a genuine choice, the manner in which the service is offered as well as the fee (if any) should not be such to effectively inhibit data subjects from making a free choice, for example by nudging the data subject towards consenting. Therefore, the fee in question should not be inappropriately high, which is further addressed in Section 4.2.1.4.2.
So supposedly at some point the national DPS will go "nie no, tyle to nie", but i think not even Facebook had it happen with their fucked up subscription prices (AFAIK they only had to drop it because of DMA)
