pc cases should not have any kind of glass

@jeder what about motherboard failure diagnosis LEDs (like ones that show if the system POSTed correctly or not, or if any power is being delivered at all, and can narrow down the set of possible issues quite fast if nothing happens on the display)

@jeder how so? seven segment displays to show numbers? what do the numbers represent?

i feel like given that the number of things they can diagnose is maybe not that high, it makes much more sense to have a set of LEDs each labeled with a more semantic meaning than just displaying some error code. like "this one is always on no matter what, as long as the power cable is connected to the motherboard" or "this one indicates that there is a CPU plugged in and it is working, so you probably didn't fuck up completely when installing it"
