So any way today i learned:
-central Osaka is a BAD place to get to grips with Japanese traffic (but you learn FAST)
-expressways are expensive and slow (60km/h, seriously!?)
-LITERALLY everyone speeds at least 15 km/h over thr limit
-this is because speed cameras are set for 40 (?!!!) over the limit and cops are easy to recognise
