The Montreal REM (an automated light rail system) has a problem where it will overshoot platforms and therefore skipping stations because of “adverse weather conditions”. Um… Who could have foreseen that Montreal would have adverse weather conditions?

(Also they can’t reverse the train???)

@jeder yes!! they somehow didn’t account for snow and ice, so the deceleration just doesn’t work properly
