it really does feel like the czpost delivery is avoiding alza paczkomats on purpose and prefer to just dump it all in some shady potraviny on the corner, possibly because they don't know how to operate them or something, it just feels way too systemic to be just "the paczkomat was full", it almost certainly isn't

@jeder i don't think there is any kind of an open system, but the post has a contract with alza and offers delivery to them (and pick-up from), at least on paper

@jeder could also be that czpost doesn't want to pay some kind of fees or whatever they have agreed upon, so it tells their delivery crews to prefer certain places over them, they are shady enough to do it
