fedora/obs conflict
so fedora is hellbent on updating flatpak runtimes before they are deprecated, to the point where they would rather repackage something without proper testing just to update the deps fasterwhile OBS insists that KDE deprecated the runtime too fast for them to update by that time, especially since they had to wait for Qt to fix a bunch of bugs they ran into before they could update to Qt6, and they decided to do it right instead of fast and test everything before updating the runtime
"we want pedantically up-to-date software with latest security patches for all the dependencies even if that means it breaks" vs "we want working software with security patches for dependencies as soon as realistically possible"
