800 PLN both ways, I can get a fucking interrail for that and it almost never makes sense for me to get it when I go to NL

@jeder Have you looked at the Skyscanner low fares calendar?

But yes, air fares are dynamically priced whereas Interrail isn't.

@hugh I mean even then train prices are dynamically priced and I can get to 45€ per train

@hugh and theoretically there are some "cheap" flights but by the time I add a single piece of luggage it will cost as much as train anyways

@hugh yeah, like, sure, getting from here to Netherlands by train is a 12 hour endeavour but at least it's not 15-18 hours like 2 years ago

@jeder I don't know which part of Poland you're in, but it's a shame the European Sleeper doesn't have an extension to Warsaw.

@hugh i am around Wrocław, and tbh i find night trains to be a scam, i can't really sleep in a train

@hugh like, as it stands all these european sleepers and nightjets are just bougie hotels on wheels with laughable amount of tickets, i do have strong opinions on night trains

@jeder I dunno about bougie - you should try a shared compartment on an SNCF night train! Air conditioning? Pffft.

Capacity? Yes it's laughable, but popularity has increased and hopefully we'll see more services.

I would pay good money for a night train through the chunnel

i don't have to, our TLK night trains have 8-seat compartments with no a/c as well
