transitious uses some idfk database that has no licenses hooked up

@navi idk really, i found transitous.org/sources/ and for poland there's a bunch from mkuran, but also a bunch which has a a license of "Dostęp do informacji publicznej/Access to public information" which you might as well treat like public domain but this goddamn website doesn't know that
