booking non-wheelchair PRM seats on ÖBB, ČD and especially PKPIC Eurocities is horrible and really shouldn’t be this hard

ended up having to book a wheelchair spot because there is just no other option to get an accessible seat; the designated “for persons with disabilities” seats are impossible to book with PKPIC themselves and are just regular compartments…

worst part: this is worse in the new pkpic system than in the old one. i distinctly remember being able to just click a PRM button

i mean, accessibility for anyone except for able-bodied polish speakers doesn’t seem to be any kind of consideration for pkpic anyways so i shouldn’t be surprised

@mae they don't even give a shit about that either, pretty much any non-standard ticket is near-impossible or actually impossible to click out
