@SuperDicq @16af93 delta chat is just a cursed e-mail client that does gpg for e2e encryption and makes your e-mail threads look like chats.

despite the name it's not a "chat service", it uses your e-mail to do chats. the app itself is open source and the rest of security chain is no different from gpg encrypted e-mail.

in other words it's just an e-mail client that looks like a chat app

Before I install this will this ruin my inbox if I use from my typical email address?
