railway line to Karpacz is opening with this summer timetable, mediocre timetable (not like it can be any better really), nonsensical RE trains on line where there should be none, and with 4 weekend pairs on historic stock

normal train takes like 21 minutes while RE/sprinter takes 18. worth worsening the timetable on stops that aren't Jelenia Góra or Karpacz
