looking at video acceleration archwiki page and one thing has me puzzled
they list h264 encoding as supported on sandy bridge
but not h264 decoding neocat_googly_woozy

@domi nah its even worse, they decided to list ironlake in decoding, which to my knowledge is a gpu gen, not cpu, while using cpu generations for the rest of the column
