also I don't really wanna change anything with the current setup cause my former ISP (UPC) got bought by a bigger ISP (Play) that's generally recognized as a horrible piece of shit, but it works for now and it only costs me 5pln/mo extra to not get harassed by their marketing department
other options include an ISP that will only give you a discount for agreeing to digital correspondence if you claim it every single month in their app and will reset your connection every 11 days to force a new IP address/prefix (Orange)
theres also like tmobile and netia, don't remember if those also have as much anticonsumer fuckery but all large ISPs seem to be hostile cunts in general, shit like "contract for 24mo and after that the price raises by 20pln/mo unless you renegotiate a new contract" seems to just be The Norm now, meanwhile the contract I have was a "10pln/mo more expensive than the default contract but unlimited period no penalties for ending it etc." thing which seems to be a lucky thing)
well play specifically is the kind of ISP that will give you a 6h SLA for tech support in a business plan and then take 70 days and 2 legally binding complaints (TL note: "reklamacja") to solve the problem (according to a thread on some obscure polish forum)
also I distinctly remember that with some of these providers you can get a way better deal if you go to a customer service place in person and negotiate than what you can get otherwise
